These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and notaryclub.co.in, trading as Notary Club and operating the website notaryclub.co.in and related services, applications and tools collectively called the Site. By using the Site or by registering with us you agree to these Terms of Use and to the privacy practices described in our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use do not use the Site.
We offer the Site on an as is basis and without warranties. If you use the Site for or on behalf of someone else you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms of Use on their behalf.
We may change features or services on the Site at any time and without notice. If you do not agree with any change do not use the Site.
1. General overview
Notary Club is a platform that connects people with professionals who offer legal and related services. We enable communication between users and listed professionals. We do not provide legal advice directly and we do not control the services the professionals deliver. Any professional you contact through the Site is an independent service provider and not an employee, agent or representative of Notary Club. We are not responsible for the quality or results of services provided by any professional.
We may publish content such as anonymized advice for public knowledge. We will not publish user identity details. Do not include real names or identifiable information about other people or entities when asking questions as you may be liable for defamation.
Professionals may give different answers to the same question. Notary Club is not responsible for those differences. If in doubt get another opinion from your chosen professional.
If you use video consultation or any online consultation we only provide the platform. Any issues arising from your interaction with a professional are between you and that professional. Video consultations are confidential between you and the professional. Notary Club does not store or monitor your private consultations.
2. Information and no attorney client relationship
All material on the Site is for informational purposes only. It may not reflect current law or the laws of all places. Information on the Site does not create a relationship between you and any professional. Only a direct, agreed relationship between you and a professional creates such a relationship. You agree that Notary Club is not liable for any damages relating to services you receive from a professional listed on the Site. Any claim about a professional should be made against that professional and not against Notary Club.
When we use phrases like your professional or your lawyer we mean the professional with whom you have an actual and acknowledged relationship. Professionals listed on Notary Club are not automatically your professional.
3. Using the Site
You must be 18 years or older to use the Site. If you are under 18 a parent or guardian must accept these Terms of Use and supervise any consultations.
You are responsible for giving true and accurate information when you register or use the Site. We do not validate all user information. We may ask for more information if needed to provide services.
You must have basic internet skills to use the Site.
4. How the Site works
You may ask a free public question on the Site. Free questions may be shown publicly and will not create any professional relationship. You cannot choose which professional will answer a free question. The system assigns the professional automatically. A professional may decline to answer.
Listing on the Site may increase a professional’s exposure but it is not a paid advertisement listing. Search and sort results are driven by the information entered and our internal algorithm.
Notary Club does not endorse any professional or their advice. We are not liable for any decision you make based on information on the Site.
5. Independence of professionals
Professionals on the Site are independent and their consultations, opinions and statements are theirs alone. Notary Club does not endorse or recommend any particular professional. Listing does not verify a professional’s credentials. We rely on the information professionals give us but we do not independently verify it. Always carry out your own due diligence.
Professionals do not pay to be listed or to answer questions.
6. Website account and security
You represent that you are legally able to enter agreements and register under your own name. You are responsible for giving true and accurate information when you fill the registration form. If you give false or incomplete information we may suspend or refuse to create your profile.
We do not offer a public login portal. Instead, you must fill the registration form on the Site. The Notary Club team will verify the information you submit and then create your profile from the backend for security reasons. Notary Club may ask for more documents or information to complete verification.
Because profiles are created by Notary Club after verification, you must keep any access URL we provide to you secure. You are responsible for any activity carried out using your profile once it is created. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your profile or any security breach, tell us right away.
Do not use the Site to transmit false information or information you do not have the right to share. Do not impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations.
Unless you have our prior written permission, you will not post advertisements or promotional materials, solicit people on the Site, copy portions of the Site for commercial use, or otherwise exploit the Site.
Do not use viruses or other harmful software on the Site. If you do, we may seek damages. If we believe your actions damaged the Site you agree to pay liquidated damages of one hundred thousand rupees for each day of damage while the Site is being fixed and any additional damages we can show.
You may not collect or store personal data about other users or use the Site for data mining beyond your personal use.
You may use the Site to find a professional and to get general information about similar matters. The Site may not be used for other purposes such as hiring or trying to hire the employees or affiliates of Notary Club in a way that interferes with our relationship with them. If you misuse the Site you agree to pay liquidated damages of two hundred and fifty thousand rupees for each impermissible use and to any additional damages we can show. This does not limit our right to seek other remedies including injunctive relief.
You must not forge headers or hide the origin of any content you transmit through the Site. You must not harm minors in any way.
All content you post is your responsibility. You are responsible for what you upload or transmit. Notary Club does not guarantee any content is correct. You may be exposed to content that is offensive or objectionable. We are not liable for such content.
We may pre screen content but we are not required to do so. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
Deciding to form a professional client relationship is important and is your choice. You may be contacted by phone or email as set out in this agreement and in our Privacy Policy even if your number is on do not call lists.
7. Scope of the services
Notary Club and listed professionals accept no responsibility for outcomes related to services you obtain through the Site. Notary Club does not guarantee that online, phone or video consultations are the correct type of help for your situation.
8. Your profile and record keeping
Your Notary Club profile stores records of your consultations and your questions. Information from consultations may become part of your Notary Club record. Keep your information accurate and update it when needed.
We may keep, delete or destroy communications and materials according to our retention policies. We may contact you by email to review your record or consultations. Please provide a valid email and keep it updated. See our Privacy Policy for more on how we use your information.
9. Supplementary communications
We may send newsletters and related information. These materials are for general education and not a substitute for professional advice. The content may come from various sources and not always from Notary Club. We make no warranty about the contents.
The Site may link to other websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content. Your dealings with advertisers or third parties are between you and those parties. Notary Club is not responsible for any losses from such dealings.
10. Protection of proprietary information and license
The Site, software and all content include trade secrets and other intellectual property owned by Notary Club. They are protected by law. You agree not to copy, modify, sell, transfer, decompile or create derivative works from the Site or its software. Violations may be prosecuted under applicable law.
You are granted a revocable, non exclusive, non transferable license to use the Site for personal non commercial purposes while logged into your account.
Except for your case records you do not obtain any ownership rights in Notary Club content. Notary Club retains all rights in the Site and materials.
If you send feedback suggestions to Notary Club you assign all rights in those ideas to Notary Club and we may use them without compensation to you.
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright contact us and follow the procedure in our Copyright Policy.
You may not copy graphics or logos from the Site without permission.
Your license to use the Site is subject to these restrictions. You may not use the Site in a way that violates laws, including export control laws.
11. Etiquette and privacy
Do not impersonate others or misrepresent authorization to act for others. Messages should correctly identify the sender. Notary Club has zero tolerance for unsolicited bulk email, spam, scams or similar activity. If you violate rules your account may be terminated.
Do not try to undermine the security of our systems or the systems of our partners. Notary Club may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
12. Disclaimers and no warranties
Your use of Notary Club is at your own risk. Information on the Site may come from third parties over which we have no control. All content and services are provided as is without warranty of any kind to the fullest extent allowed by law. Notary Club disclaims implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Third party content may contain errors, falsehoods, obscenity or other objectionable material. We are not responsible for that content.
We may link to other sites. Links do not mean endorsement. We are not responsible for those sites.
We make no warranty that the Site will meet your needs, be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error free. Temporary interruptions may occur and we are not liable for resulting losses. We may discontinue or modify the Site at any time and are not liable for loss of information you posted. Keep your own record of anything important.
We do not warrant that the Site is virus free. You download materials from the Site at your own risk.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law Notary Club and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages including loss of revenue, profit, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with use of the Site or its services even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
This limitation applies to claims based in contract, tort, strict liability or any other legal theory.
14. Exclusions and limits that may not apply
Some places do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or limits on damages. If local law does not allow any of these limits they may not apply to you.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Notary Club and its affiliates harmless from any claims, demands, liabilities, losses and expenses including legal fees that arise from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms or your infringement of any rights of another.
If a third party threatens to sue us because of your actions we may ask you for written assurance of your promise to indemnify. If you do not provide it we may suspend your service.
Under no circumstances will Notary Club be liable for direct or indirect damages that result from use of the Site, including for errors, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files, delays, theft or destruction of data, whether caused by us or others.
16. Third party beneficiaries
The indemnification and disclaimer provisions benefit Notary Club and its affiliates and they may enforce those provisions directly against you.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
Any claim you have must be started within one year after it arises unless a longer period is required by law.
To the fullest extent allowed by law each party waives any right to a jury trial for disputes arising under these Terms.
18. Operational rights and termination
Notary Club controls the operation of the Site. We may withdraw or suspend any feature at our discretion.
Your right to use the Site is a limited license that we can terminate. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason including inactivity or violation of these Terms. We may delete your content and close your account without prior notice and we are not liable to you for such action.
19. Change to these Terms
We may change these Terms from time to time. You are responsible for checking the Site for the current Terms. Changes will be effective on posting. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept those changes.
We may transfer or assign this agreement to a parent, subsidiary or other entity. You may not assign your rights under this agreement.
20. Notices

21. Severability and waiver
If a court finds a part of these Terms invalid that will not affect the rest of the Terms. Failure to enforce a right does not waive that right.
22. Professional conduct for professionals
If you are a professional using this Site you must follow your profession rules of conduct including rules about advertising solicitation and unauthorized practice. You are responsible for complying with those rules. Notary Club is not responsible for your compliance.
Section titles are for convenience only and have no legal effect.
23. No responsibility for posts
Notary Club does not review or approve every question or answer and guest post. Views expressed by users or professionals are their own and do not reflect Notary Club. We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness of posts.
24. Ownership of free content
When you submit a free public question you agree that question and any public answers become part of Notary Club database and the property of Notary Club. Notary Club will own all rights to that content, including the right to use, edit, publish, adapt and distribute that content worldwide without compensation to you.
25. Entire agreement
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Notary Club regarding the Site. They replace any prior agreements.
These Terms start when you use the Site. Notary Club may suspend or terminate your rights under these Terms for breach. After termination you must stop using Notary Club materials. Notary Club may delete or remove your content. Notary Club is not liable for termination or deletion.
If any part of these Terms is invalid the rest remain in force. Failure by Notary Club to exercise a right is not a waiver.
By using the Site you agree that you assume the risks described above and that no guarantee has been made to you about the outcome of any consultation.
You understand that privacy and confidentiality laws apply to Notary Club and your information will be used as described in our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms or the Privacy Policy please do not use the Site.
