The term “Club” in Notary Club represents a collective legal network, enabling professional collaboration, discovery, and knowledge sharing. At the same time, the platform serves as a lawyer focused social media system where verified professionals can connect with the public, showcase their services, and grow their practice. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our platform and its services. By using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
Purpose of the Platform
Notary Club is a Research & Development (R&D) initiative designed to modernize how legal professionals interact with the public. Our platform acts as a curated online ecosystem for licensed lawyers and notaries, enabling them to offer document related services and professional assistance. The goal is to ensure easy legal access for citizens while giving legal professionals a verified, digital presence. Notary Club does not provide legal advice or act as a law firm. Instead, we empower users to find trusted professionals and explore legal services through a centralized interface.
Access and Account Structure
Due to strict security and privacy protocols, Notary Club does not allow any public login or self-registration. All lawyer and notary profiles are created exclusively through our backend, following manual verification by our internal team. No end-user or professional can create, modify, or delete their own listing without going through a structured, verified request. This model reduces the risk of impersonation and maintains public trust in our listings.
Profile Eligibility and Verification
Only verified legal professionals such as advocates, notaries, and certified legal service providers are eligible to be listed on Notary Club. Our verification process includes identity validation, license authentication, and practice checks. Any request for listing, update, or removal must be supported with verifiable documentation. Notary Club reserves the right to deny, suspend, or permanently remove a profile at its discretion, especially if any part of the submitted information is found to be false or misleading.
Nature of Services and Platform Role
Notary Club is a connector and network facilitator, not a provider of legal services. All services are delivered independently by the listed professionals. The platform does not mediate communications, provide legal guarantees, set service pricing, or participate in professional agreements. Our responsibility is limited to verifying identities and displaying public profiles. Users must conduct their own due diligence before proceeding with any engagement.
User Conduct and Platform Use
Users agree to use Notary Club only for lawful purposes. You may not use the site to impersonate others, spread misinformation, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse legal profiles. Any suspicious, unethical, or harmful activity will result in immediate restriction or legal action. Notary Club reserves the right to audit usage, block abusive access, and take legal action when necessary to protect platform integrity and users.
Intellectual Property Rights
All original content on Notary Club including text, branding, structure, design, database schema, icons, and embedded media is protected by copyright and intellectual property law. Users may not copy, reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit any part of the website without prior written consent. Each listed professional retains rights over their submitted content such as bios, practice information, or images.
Disclaimer of Legal Liability
Notary Club is not a law firm and does not represent clients in any legal matter. We do not provide legal opinions, review documents, or assist in litigation. All interactions between users and legal professionals happen at the user’s sole risk. We do not accept liability for any disputes, incorrect advice, loss of services, or damages arising from third-party engagements.
Accuracy of Information
Although Notary Club performs manual verification before listing any profile, we do not guarantee the ongoing accuracy, validity, or availability of that information. Professionals are responsible for informing us of changes to their qualifications or contact details. We are not liable for outdated or incorrect data published due to user negligence or administrative lag.
Third Party Links and Resources
The platform may feature links to third party tools or external websites (e.g., payment portals, Google Maps, legal resources). Notary Club is not responsible for the availability, content, data handling, or terms of any third-party service. Access to such links is at the user's own discretion.
Privacy, Security, and Data Handling
Notary Club prioritizes minimal data collection. As the platform does not allow login or sign-up, we do not collect sensitive user data from visitors. Lawyer and notary data is submitted voluntarily and published after review. We use encryption, secure hosting, and access control to protect our systems. Any analytics data collected is anonymized and used solely to improve the platform experience.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal proceedings shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Legal Validity and Enforceability
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the user and Notary Club. By using or accessing this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all clauses stated herein, and that you accept these Terms with full legal capacity and consent.
If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that part shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. The failure of Notary Club to exercise or enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and shall be interpreted in accordance with them.
Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising from the use of the platform shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
For all formal communications, including profile verification, listing updates, or grievance redressal, users must use the official contact form provided on the Notary Club website. No communications via email or other unofficial channels shall be deemed valid or actionable unless explicitly acknowledged by Notary Club.
